CryptoSeedTerms of Use
License
Eduardo Garcia Ortiz ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CryptoSeed on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sublicense the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.
CryptoSeed Pro
Some features (for example unlimited keys and identities, and Shortcuts actions) require CryptoSeed Pro, a one-time in-app purchase billed by Apple. A free trial may be offered. You can restore purchases from the app. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Cryptography and your keys
CryptoSeed performs local cryptography using Apple CryptoKit and CommonCrypto, including post-quantum algorithms on iOS 26 and later. Recovery phrases are the only backup for your keys. You are solely responsible for safeguarding recovery phrases, passphrases and exported keys. Losing them means permanent, unrecoverable loss of access to encrypted data. No software can guarantee absolute security, and CryptoSeed does not protect against malware with full device access or anyone who already has your keys.
Export and legal compliance
You are responsible for complying with the encryption and export laws that apply to you.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
The Developer is not liable for any loss of data, loss of access to encrypted content, lost profits or other damages arising from use or inability to use the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Apple
These terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. The Developer may terminate them if you violate them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
